EDWIN CONSTRUCTION (Pty) Ltd is applying for a
Mining Permit and Environmental Authorisation to the
Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE)
for a new borrow pit on the Remaining Extent of Portion
4 of the Farm Leeuwdrift 89-KR in Vaalwater, Waterberg
District, Limpopo Province. The proposed borrow pit site
is located approximately 4 km north of Vaalwater along
the R33 to Lephalale. The proposed borrow pit, approximately 5 Hectares in
extent, is for the extraction of material required for the
upgrade and construction of a future road. The material
to be extracted includes: G5; G6; G7; and G9
