Proposal Description
The application for Environmental Authorisation (EA) is for the construction of a mixed-use township development on Portions 117, 122, 418, 419 & 420 of the Farm Leeuwfontein 299-JR measuring approximately 50.80 ha in extent. The development area is located approximately 11 km east the N1/Sefako Makghato Interchange on Provincial Road K14 (P2-5). The site is divided into two portions by the R513 Cullinan Road and is bounded by an existing residential development in the south-east and by undeveloped properties in the north, east and west. The Study Site is situated on Portions 117, 122, 418, 419 & 420 of the Farm Leeuwfontein 299-JR, City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, Gauteng Province.
