Island Vibes Resort Development at Colchester

The Lauren Sampson Family Trust plans to develop a holiday resort on Erf 1618 in Colchester, Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (NMBM). The location of the property in close proximity to the Greater Addo Elephant National Park Protected Area and adjacent to the Sundays River, makes it desirable for a resort development with opportunities to access the river and other nearby outdoor recreational activities. The development is planned in two phases, with a total of 16 single units, 8 double units, and 4 group units. A restaurant and reception area with brush cut internal access roads are proposed. The plan includes access to the river using a simple rope ladder and a floating platform to tether a boat.
