    Proposal Description
    The Applicant proposes a three-bedroom house of 333m2 which will be a double story on Portion 652 of Erf 406 Witpoort Farm. Associated with the house is a pool, drive way and garden.

    Electricity will be sourced from Eskom or Solar Panels and sewage will be handled via sewage holding tanks which will be pumped out where necessary. Water is currently being planned to be sourced from the municipality, but there is a possibility that drinking water will be sourced from groundwater. A Free-Standing Electric Fence needs to surround the property as per the title deed.The preferred alternative for the residential development is within the forest area and the second alternative is within the wetland area.

    There is no trigger in terms of section 38(1) of the NHRA.
