Proposal Description
Existing Ablution Building: The motivation for the screen wall to the entrance door was to offer privacy to those entering and leaving the ablution. The door is visible not only from the station precinct but also from Sarnia Road.
New Kitchen and Store Added : PRASA have avoided using the main heritage building, so in order to create functional spaces, new buildings have been added to meet immediate needs. The building offers a staff kitchen and a basic storeroom for securing equipment.
New Carport Added : The Carport was added to offer protection from the elements to staff vehicles. The canopy is also used as a seating shelter in the day, however, there are other sheltered places to sit.
