Proposal Description
The additions to the property was on the lower ground to the existing garage. The garage was extended. Client added a 4m2 to the existing dwelling to create a tv room. new aluminum windows. The house had wood frame widows. The client also removed some windows and bricked it up.
The change of windows made the value of the property increase. The made the property cosmetically better and became appealing and in line with the other properties in the area.
