Tshiamo Resources (Pty) Ltd has applied for an Environmental Authorisation for proposed Mining activities for Coal on a 5ha of portion of portion 1 of the farm Klipfontein 241 IS in the magisterial district of Witbank, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa. The application has been lodged in terms in terms of Section 23 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (MPRDA), 2008 (Act No. 23 of 2008) to the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE), Mpumalanga Province (Mpumalanga Regional Department).
