Proposed development of the Thlolo PV facility near Orkney in the Free State

This application is for the proposed development of a PV and BESS Facility near the Mercury Substation called the Thlolo PV Project. The project is located on the property known as Remainder of farm Klipfontein 369, approximately 26 km northwest of Viljoenskroon in the far northern segment of the Moqhaka Local Municipality in the Free State Province. The property is privately owned and is approximately 250 ha in extent.
