Proposal Description
The proposal entails the development of a luxury eco-resort on Portion 29 of Farm 585, Northern Cape.
The eco-resort will consist of the following:
• South-eastern section of the property: Guest entrance gate area with parking and reception. A small 50-bedroom 3-star hotel catering for normal visitors to the area may be constructed within this reception area.
• Service entrance gate area with service building for staff accommodation, manager house, maintenance, housekeeping, stables etc.
• North-western section of the property: 13 exclusive 6-star guest lodges with a communal restaurant, bar, conference centre, gym & spa.
• A manor house – for the owner
• A 20x20m hanger and 20mx1500m (approximate)
• Game boma.
• Fencing and gates.
• Game waterholes.
And associated infrastructure.
