ILLEGAL AND NEW WORK ON ERF 9916 BEING AT 46 AND 42 PAYN STREET IN SCOTTSVILLE, PIETERMARITZBURG:

The KZN Amafa and Research Institute (The Institute) reconsidered the application on the 13 March 2024,

1. Provide affidavits to explained why work was carried out without a permit at 42 and 46 Payn Street and summarise illegal work that was done at the two premises.
2. Provide photos of the interior of the two houses to indicate all areas where work took place without a permit.
3. Take photos of all sides/elevations of the two houses.
4. Submit Form A for any new work to be done at 42 and 46 Payn Street or work currently in progress at 42 and 46 Payn Street that are not completed yet, they can be categorised as New Work.

THIS LETTER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FORMAL APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSAL SUBMITTED TO THE INSTITUTE, UNAUTHORISED WORK CARRIED OUT ON THE ABOVE SITE WILL BE IN CONTRAVENTION OF THE KWA-ZULU NATAL AMAFA AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE ACT (5 of 2018)
