Proposed demolition on Erf 782 being at F782 Mqanduli Road, KwaMashu, Ethekwini

I herein apply for the demotion of the existing dwelling walls and foundations as they prevent the proposed addition and or alterations to the property. The dwelling is well within the proposed new dwelling floor. The existing structural walls are to be demolished to the ground as the floor slab is subject to flooding in rainy seasons.
