The proposed Construction of Ward 10 Sports field is 412 HA on portion o of erf 16882 and 200, situated in Endlondlweni, Mandeni Municipality, Ilembe District Municipality, KwaZulu - Natal. The proposed project includes the development of a sports field and associated structures. These include • Earthworks to create the required platform for the development of sports facilities. • Construction of 110m x70m soccer field. • Construction of 100m x 55m Practice field.• Construction of Combi Court.• Construction of change rooms, ablution facility, and Guardhouse. • Grandstands. •Clear view Fencing with vehicle and Pedestrian gate.• Sewer, Water supply, and irrigation system and • Storm water Diversion.
