Construction of Ward 10 Sports Field

The proposed sports field site is situated in Ward 10 of the Endlondlweni community within the Mandeni Local Municipality under Ilembe District Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal. The site is located approximately 8.4 km in the north-westerly direction of the Mandeni CBD. Access to the proposed site is through the MR459.

The proposed project includes the development of a sports field and associated structures. These include the following:
• Earthworks to create the required platform for the development of sports facilities.
• Construction of 110m x70m soccer field.
• Construction of 100m x 55m Practice field.
• Construction of Combi Court.
• Construction of change rooms, ablution facility, and Guardhouse.
• Grandstands.
• Clear view Fencing with vehicle and Pedestrian gate.
• Sewer, Water supply, and irrigation system.
• Storm water Diversion.
The proposed project is situated on portion 0 of farm 200 and 16882, Endlondlweni, Mandeni Municipality, Ilembe District Municipality, KwaZulu - Natal.
