Interim Comment

The SAHRA notes the submission of the NID, along with the HIA and PIA Exemption letter. SAHRA requests that the DEIA and its appendices be uploaded to the case. In addition, the applicant must revise the .kml file of the project to include alternative 1 and 2 powerlines. Further comments will be issued upon the submission of the DEIA and its appendices. The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1) of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment.
