PROPOSED OUTBUILDING AT No. 12 MAXWELL AVE. BLUFF, DURBAN

We hereby apply for the legalizing of an outbuilding to accommodate an ancillary unit, servants quarters and a garden storeroom. The site is zoned special residential 400 and the construction of the proposed outbuilding is permitted. The proposed outbuilding will be to accommodate the growing needs of the owner's expanding family. Currently the whole family of 6 is using a 3 bedroomed house. They are also using a wooden storeroom which is old and in a bad state, it needs constant maintenance. The outbuilding has already been built, the building plans are awaiting approval at municipality subject to obtaining clearance from AMAFA. The site is in Bluff, Durban on PORTION 115 OF ERF 246 AND ERF 115 OF ERF 248 BLUFF, KZN. The drawing number is Max-001
