- The property owner considered the proposed work as minor was unaware that these types of alterations and structures would require formal building plan applications
• Furthermore, the property owner was not aware that AMAFA or any heritage body existed.
• As outlined above the building work is mainly to the exterior of the dwelling and a
replacement of a window.
• The reasons for the replacement of the existing timber frame were it become riddled with borer beetles, and unable to restore.
