The SAHRA, Development Applications Unit (DAU) notes the submission of the DBAR, Heritage reports and CMP. SAHRA kindly request clarification on the formalization intentions regarding the identified cemetery. Further comments will be issued upon receipt of the clarification. The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1) of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment.
