Interim Comment
The SAHRA, Development Applications Unit (DAU) notes the submission of the HIA Report and DBAR. According to the HIA study, it is noted that a PIA study has been undertaken for the project. Thus, SAHRA request that the PIA report be uploaded to the case. Further comments will be issued upon the submission of the PIA report. The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1) of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment.
