Epty21 Investment Trust intends to establish a Safari on portion 5 of the farm Punch Bowl 799 MS, the proposed development will include the following features; Overflow and dam, Natural pool area, Restaurant and bar, Ablutions, Kitchen and support, Reception, 20 golf carts parking bays, 24 car parking bays, Future extension parking bays long term for phase 02, Bridge, Open chapel (150 people capacity) and Spa area.
The plans of the proposed development is to conserve the natural biodiversity within the application area, as such a minimal clearance of vegetation will be undertaken for areas such as parking bays, the project will use the current road network within the property.
