DISCUSSION  

Amongst other things, the following was discussed: 

• This application was dealt with together with items 10.1 and 10.12 on the agenda. 
• This demolition application is part of the Section 41 application in item 10.12 which has further requirements which need to be attended to before considering this demolition application. 
• The committee noted that it was not clear whether the 2 sites (from 10.1 above) had been consolidated. 

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS 

• This application will be set aside until the Form J application is finalized.
