These 3 Heritage reports are individually assessed which is a requirement for notarially consolidated sites namely No.366,370 and 374 respectively ,All three properties have built heritage resources older than 60 years which are generally protected under S.37(1) these are identified and assessed in the reports. It has been determined in these report that all three buildings have are no Heritage features of any value and are therefore recommended for demolition. The new building will borrow the Architectural style and features from the demolished buildings as well as the Architectural styles of the buildings in close proximity.
