Proposal Description
MJS Trading Enterprise (Pty) Ltd has been appointed by Rapidus (Pty) Ltd on behalf of Road Agency Limpopo SOC Ltd as the independent Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) to undertake the EIA processes for proposed Borrow Pit in association with upgrading D3397 gravel road to a surface road in terms of the EIA Regulations (2017), as amended. The proposed Borrow Pit is situated in the residential area of Ga-Tshipana village, situated 69km north-west of Polokwane town within the jurisdiction of Polokwane Local Municipality, Capricorn District in Limpopo Province.
