Proposal Description
PROTAS DRENDA applied for a prospecting right in terms of section 16 of the MPRDA to prospect for Verdite and other minerals. The size of the PR area is 3052 hectares covering the farms Witklip 188 IT and Manhaar 6 IU in the magisterial district of Eerstehoek (Nhlazatshe area) in Mpumalanga Province. The following prospecting methods will be employed during prospecting activities:
1.Desktop study.
2.Exploration geophysics (down-hole geophysical surveys).
3.Exploration drilling of 20 boreholes at pre-determined depths using a diamond core drill.
