Unauthorized Deviation includes a change of approved bay window design, a new gate to the street for privacy/security purposes, and minor window changes. New windows to the staircase lobby, the ancillary unit fully demolished, and staff units moved below the extended rear balcony, to free up lawn space and redesigned pool layout and underground attenuation tank to meet the storm water management plan.
