DISCUSSION

Amongst other things, the following was discussed:

• The committee noted that the house had numerous alterations, but no interior photos were provided. 
• From the Google map view it was noted that the work at the rear had been completed.  

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS

• The applicant was required to submit Form I, and the outstanding fee of R9 200. 
• The committee required streetscape and internal photographs to confirm the grading.
