DISCUSSION    

Amongst other things, the following was discussed:  

• The committee noted that it was not clear whether the alterations to a double garage were done illegally as it does not show on the drawings. 
• It was not clear where the outbuilding would be constructed. 
• It was not clear what would happen to the existing garage structure. 

FURTHER REQUIREMENT 

• The committee resolved to undertake the site inspection.
