Resubmission of the Tweefontein Proposed waste rock dump expansion and the new Tailings storage facility

ECM is proposing to expand the existing Waste Rock Dump and develop a new TSF and associated infrastructure which developments are not currently included in the approved EMPr and WUL on the Farm Tweefontein 360 KT. The proposed developments trigger new activities that require applications for a revised EMPr and WUL. These applications will include existing water uses which require authorization. These applications were originally submitted in 2020/2021. However, the preferred location of the new TSF was not feasible and a new preferred location has been selected.
