Please be advised as follows: -

1. It was noted that work had been done on Lot 207 being at 93 Manor View Road, without an application. Complete Form I for rectification of illegal work.
2. Pay R10 000 for this application and upload the proof of payment onto the SAHRIS website under your application reference.
3. In the minutes of a previous meeting it was noted that Public Participation would be needed from interested and affected parties for demolition. Please inform the owners of houses of your decision to demolish the house in a 100m radius from 93 Manor View Road.
