The SAHRA, Development Applications Unit (DAU) notes the submission of the Heritage report. However, SAHRA request that the DEIA and its appendices in support of EA application be submitted to the case. In addition, the map displayed on SAHRIS layers and HIA is not matching. Kindly, revise either the map in the database or the report. The SAHRA will comment further on the application when the above-mentioned are submitted. The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1) of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment.
