This application is for an EA amendment to extend the validity of the EA for the establishment of the 150MWSirius Phase Two Solar Photovoltaic Energy Facility and its Associated Infrastructure. The EA will reach 10 years validity in July 2024 (see attached EA). As the EA validity will be extended beyond 10 years, the DFFE requires additional information to confirm that the environment has not changed
