Proposal Description
The proposed development entails a Place of Education on Portion 20 of the farm Krelingspost 425-JQ, Madibeng Local Municipality, North West Province. The site is south of Ga-Rankuwa, approximately 1,6km west of the provincial Road K8 (R566) and Road D2726 intersection.
Currently, the existing structures on the property are being upgraded and utilised for a place of instruction (Bokamoso school). The remainder of the site will be developed into a school terrain with a sports field, a netball court and a parking area.
The proposed development requires vegetation clearance on Portion 20 of the farm, Krelingspost 445-JQ, to establish the school terrain with sports fields.
