Interim Comments

SAHRA requests that a field-based HIA must be undertaken by a suitably qualified archaeologist, as the location of the drillholes is known. The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19 (1)b of the NEMA EIA Regulations in order to address this comment. Once the report/or letter is submitted to the case for commenting, SAHRA will provide further comments on this proposed development.
