Sufficient coal reserves to support a coal mine and coal beneficiation plant have been demonstrated. Pro - Direct Investment 189 (Pty) Ltd has appointed CM 42 (Pty) Ltd as an independent Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) to undertake the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) that is required to support the application for a MR and EA. CM 42 (Pty) LTD has no vested interest in the proposed project and hereby declares its independence as required by the ElA Regulations. For purposes of this ElA, the following persons may be contacted at ETN Resources (Pty) Ltd.
