- Physical Features: The timber has a slight curve and contains four tree nails (wooden
trunnels) and two copper alloy nails. - Condition: It shows considerable wear and tear along with evidence of biological activity
from shipworms, indicating a long period of submersion in a marine environment. - Tree nails: Measures an average of 2.5-3cm’s. The two top row tree nails are spaced 115cm
apart from each other as well as the bottom row ones. From upper row to the bottom row at
an angle they are spaced +/-30cm apart. - Metal nails/rod: Measures 1x1cm and the head around 2.5cm. Unfortunately there are
only one top row and one bottom row nails and the are space at an angle 30cm’s apart.
