Please be advised as follows: -
- There is no date on the two plans, only plan numbers and the author's name. Please always add dates to your plans.
- The owner must submit proof of public participation and copies of registered letters sent to all people living in the area of a 100m radius surrounding 19 Cotham Road, since a permit for demolition was tabled.
- Photos of the inside of the house is needed. Please upload photos of all the rooms. This will enable us to establish the value of the house and whether it was compromised by internal alterations and/additions.
Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
Extensions of 30 days may be requested; if additional information is needed or revised drawings, these documents must be submitted within 6 months of the date of this letter or the application will lapse and a new application and fee to be paid, is necessary.
If public participation is necessary, the applicant will be notified of the level of public participation necessary: For development and demolition applications the neighbours, ward councillor and heritage societies must be contacted. Owners and residents within 100m must be consulted for demolition applications. All documents submitted is retained for record purposes and interested and affected parties may apply to view the applications.
