Please be advised as follows: -

  1.  The heritage practitioner is required to submit all previously approved drawings as well as
  2. proof of the age of the house.
  3. Who is the architect, on the plans the abbreviation is KB, if we have to stamp the plans I must know who did the drawings was it KB or Martin Pigford, and if it was KB, what does KB stand for?
  4. Please revise your drawing number, since there are three plans noted as R01 and R02 and R02. Perhaps one of the R02 plans should be R03, correct this, since we cannot stamp and authorise the plans with mistakes on.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.

Extensions of 30 days may be requested; if additional information is needed or revised drawings, these documents must be submitted within 6 months of the date of this letter or the application will lapse and a new application and fee to be paid, is necessary.

If public participation is necessary, the applicant will be notified of the level of public participation necessary: For development and demolition applications the neighbours, ward councillor and heritage societies must be contacted. Owners and residents within 100m must be consulted for demolition applications. All documents submitted is retained for record purposes and interested and affected parties may apply to view the applications.
