Thank you for submitting your application for the alterations as well as maintenance and restoration of the Voortrekker Monument located at Eeufees Road, Groenkloof 358-Jr, Pretoria, Gauteng Province in accordance with Section
27(18) of the National Heritage Resources Act, No. 25 of 1999. The purpose of this permit application is for the
restoration of the roof of the Voortrekker Monument as well as for the restoration of the wooden doors. The proposed activity aligns with the statutory provisions intended to protect and conserve South Africa's national heritage resources.
