The upgrading of 28km of National Route 11 (N11) Section 2 from Ladysmith South (0km) to Elandlaagte (28km)

This contract is for the rehabilitation of the N11 Nationa Road through part of Ladysmith (KZN) of the Elandslaagte turn off, consisting of road widening, replacement of malfunctioning culverts, widening of the Modderspruit bridge, demolition of the Barend Marais Spruit and Pepworth Rail bridges, construction of a new bridge at the Barend Marais Spruit and general re-surfacing of the trafficable surface.
