Proposal Description
Malac Waste and Environmental Services (Pty) Ltd has been appointed by Durapi (Pty) Ltd on behalf of Road Agency Limpopo SOC Ltd as the independent Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) to undertake the EIA processes for proposed Borrow Pit No.1 in association with upgrading D3164 gravel road to a surface road in terms of the EIA Regulations (2017), as amended. The proposed Borrow Pit no 1 is situated in the residential area of Olifantshoek village, within the jurisdiction of Collins Chabane Local Municipality, Vhembe District in Limpopo Province.
