Interim Comment

SAHRA notes the submitted HIA and Part one amendment report. However, the PIA report referenced in the HIA was prepared well over 10 years ago, and SAHRA only accepts heritage reports that are not more than 5 years old. Therefore, SAHRA requires that the PIA is updated in line with current PIA field study standards by undertaking the following: A desktop assessment by a suitably qualified Palaeontologist must be undertaken and submitted to the case.
