Proposal Description
1. It is the intention of MAST SERVICES PTY LTD (Reg. 2022/620785/07), previously known as VODACOM TOWER COMPANY to construct a 50m Lattice type telecommunication mast with antennae mounted onto the mast and an associated electronics container at SONDELA.
2. The size of the base station (fenced area) will be approx. 12m x 12m (144sqm).
3. APPLICATION PROPERTY: The proposed telecommunication mast will be located on Portion 63 of the Farm Tweefontein 462 KR, Bela-Bela local municipality, Limpopo (premises of the Sondela Private Nature Reserve and Spa).
4. LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY: The telecommunication mast will be located on vacant land (veldt) inside the premises of the Sondela Private Nature Reserve and Spa, Bela-Bela local municipality, Limpopo. The geographical coordinates of the development site are as follows: S24˚ 53' 50.96" E28˚24' 45.94".
