2 Elland Omissions Permit

The last approval of building plans is dated 2007and included the addition of timber decks and screens on the North side of the building, a bin area on lower ground
floor in a space at the end of a garage which was a kitchen and various other minor changes to the building to make it suitable for the change to residential units from
office use.
Some of the alteration approved were not carried out - the owners now seek to reglarise this situation and have ammission of `as-built' drawings for
building plan approval which have been referred with the note: `Compliance with the National Heritage Resources Act of 2008 is required in that
an authorised permit is required from the provincial statutory authority'
