Proposal Description
the Municipality identified the upgrading of the Kokfontein to Ellendale access road and culvert bridge as a priority. Currently the road from Kokfontein to Ellendale has a gravel wearing course. This project focuses on the proposed Kokfontein to Ellendale access concrete interlocking paving block road, which begins at the collection of internal gravel roads in Kokfontein to the main road within Ellendale village, Northern Cape Province.
