Mining Permit Application for NCCA (PTY) LTD, NC30/5/1/3/2/11097 MP

Newcastle Calcium Carbide and Alloys (Pty) Ltd (the applicant) has applied for sand mining permit and an environmental authorization in terms of section 27 of the MPRDA (Act of 2002) and section 24 of the NEMA (Act 107 of 1998). The proposed project is located on the Portion of the farm Wilde Als Laagte Farm Number 417, Siyancuma Local Municipality, Pixley ka Seme District. Beyond Green Environmental Services (Pty) Ltd (referred to BGES here after) has been appointed by Newcastle Calcium Carbide and Alloys as an independent Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) to facilitate the environmental authorisation process for the proposed aggregate mining project
