Storage facility on A Part of Portion 107 Hartebeestfontein 445-JQ

The Applicant (HFB Properties (Pty) Ltd) intends to rezone a section of the property (Study Site) to ‘Special’ and then establish a storage facility on this rezoned portion. The total site measures 9,4219 ha and the area planned for rezoning is approximately 4,92ha.

The project site (study site) is on a Part of Portion 107 of the Farm Hartebeestfontein 455-JQ, situated in the Madibeng Local Municipality of the North West Province. The property is north of the Hartebeespoort Dam and Magaliesberg Ridge, south of the N4, and the entrance is off the R511.
