Renewal of expired permit on 1) Lot 91 10011, 2) The Ranche 11368, 3) Lot 88 Emoyeni 9105 4) Lot 99 Umlalazi 9707, 5) Lot 89 9705 6) Lot 98 Umlalazi 9667, 7) Vleilands 15745, 8) Lot 88 9105 9) Lot 88 Emoyeni 9105/3 being Tronox Sands Fairbreeze mine, King Cetshwayo District, uMlalazi Municipality, Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal, that has recently expired in February 2024. Tronox was not mining a new ore body from February to September and the archaeological layers had been removed in January 2024 under the ld permit. They wanted to wait 1 - 2 months before the new ore body commences..
