Please be advised as follows: -

1. Send drawings of how the walls will be impacted on, of the listed buildings, when the two infills will be inserted, taken into consideration that 101 Florida Road includes a collection of listed buildings of Victorian and Edwardian Buildings. Taken into consideration that some windows will be bricked up and doors or other openings will be created in the walls of the listed buildings.
2. It was also decided that a site visit must be completed to ensure that there are no impact especially on the streetfronts of all the listed buildings in this group.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] and [email protected]within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
