Interim Comment
The SAHRA has received your application for exemption from undertaking further heritage studies because the application is an amendment to the existing application on SAHRIS, Case ID 7799 (https://sahris.org.za/node/146911).SAHRA accepts the letter of recommendation for exemption for heritage studies submitted to this current case, however, the SAHRA cannot process to conclusion this request without the submission of the previously requested Palaeontological Impact Assessment report by a suitably qualified palaeontologist, as seen in the SAHRA interim comment on Case ID 7799 (https://sahris.org.za/node/146911).
Further comments will be issued on receipt of the outstanding PIA.
