PROPOSED CHICKEN BROILER PRODUCTION AND EGG PRODUCTION FARM, ON THE FARMS RIETSPRUIT 6-HT, POR. 2, AND KLEINFONTEIN 3-HT, POR. 11, MPUMALANGA PROVINCE.

Proposed chicken broiler production and egg production farm:
• The plan is to develop two sets of chicken houses: one set on Kleinfontein farm and another set on Rietspruit farm.
• One set of houses will be for broiler chickens. Once this project is fully developed it will house 500 000 chickens.
• The other set of houses will be for egg production. The plan is to develop houses that will hold 120 000 egg layers.
• A natural water source for this project will be from a future dam. This future dam on its own will have enough water for the envisaged purpose.
