The line will be 11.16km long on MAKHATINI FLATS 16533 HV /REM6 OF RESERVE NO.16 15836 HV, within Jozini local Municipality under the Umkhanyakude District Municipality in KwaZulu Natal.
Eskom has obtained rights on the property for this development through a wayleave agreement, attached to this application.
